February 9th

On February 9, 1964, The Beatles made their first appearance on the Ed Sullivan show.

On February 9, 1974, The Stooges... a band whose singer would later brag that they helped destroy the Sixties... would play their last show.

Seems to me, those two events make for interesting bookends to a decade that gave us love beads, flower power, riots and assassinations.

Bigfoot apparently leaves a rather small carbon footprint.

Little Feet left a big impression.

Adam Ant, Little Richard.................Well, there was something I wanted to add but the smoke kicked in.

You get the point.

Wheels Of Fire

Couldn't decide if I wanted to feature 'Disraeli Gears' or 'Wheels Of Fire' so I flipped a coin.

'Wheels Of Fire' won.
