I Pretend I'm the Boss
I've noticed some new folks at work thinking they need to come to me for permission to do things (which I ALWAYS grant), so they think I'm their boss. I'm certainly not gonna tell 'em otherwise.
It's good to be the boss. It's even better when they think I'm gettin' them outta trouble they're not actually in.
