Bluesiana Triangle

 

Bluesiana Triangle is a collaboration of Jazz drummer extraordinaire, Art Blakey, Mac Rebennack, better known as Dr. John, and David 'Fathead' Newman on flute and saxophone.  Also featured is Essiet Okon Essiet on bass.  

The album was released in March of 1990.

Electric Ladyland

Looks like the Hendrix estate has finally decided to let people share Jimi's music.  

I'm going to celebrate by playing 'Electric Ladyland', the last studio album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience.  The album was released in 1968.
