Singing Bones

What do you get when a fella from Texas marries a gal from Long Island and starts a band in Chicago?  

Answer: The Handsome Family.

Brett Sparks plays guitar and keyboards, does most of the singing and composes the melodies.  Rennie Sparks plays bass and banjo, sings lead on a few songs and writes the lyrics.  

Released in 2003, 'Singing Bones' is their sixth studio album.
